Insurance Works is a brokerage structure combining insurance expertise driven from 20 years of execution of different insurance channels with 20 years of top management experience within various sectors such as operational leasing, venture capital, logistics and retail. The duality of having a deep knowledge and expertise in the technical and sales aspects of insurance and past experiance of service as decision-making professionals in insurance procurement processes, leads our management team to understand and define the customer needs and expectations thoroughly and thus enables us to provide an unique insurance service to our clients. Our management by having both a wide range of occupational knowledge and expertise in technical and sales branches of the insurance sector who acted as the decision-making professionals in insurance procurement processes in the customer side enables us to know the both sides of the table and especially to define the needs and expectations of the customer and thus enables us to provide an unique insurance service experience.

WE REPRESENT THE CLIENTS
Insurance Works acts as the agent of the customers before the insurance companies. Having a mandate from the client, IW meets with various Insurance companies and composes the insurance programme covering the client’s needs. Through out this process, IW provides risk analysis, risk management and technical insurance consultancy to its clients and negotiates with the insurance companies on their behalf. In case of a loss, it effectively manages the damage processes before the insurance companies as the agent of the customer to have the loss reimbursed rapidly and in full.
WE CREATE ALTERNATIVES/OPTIONS
As Insurance Works, we are working with many insurance companies specialized in different branches in the global markets. Through this broad collaboration network we have formed, we provide our customers with different products and warranties (coverages) and can form flexible insurance programmes to meet the special risks and needs of our customers. By using the competitive advantage of working with different and various insurance companies we provide an opportunity to our customers to have recoveries in their insurance costs.
WE DESIGN SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS TO SPECIFIC RISKS
In addition to providing local/abroad solutions to special risks, we provide to our customers a range of warranties which are not in the standards of the insurance companies by using our ability to create special conditions.We can create insurance products and programmes to our customers outside the standards in line with the needs of our customers. In case the risks to be warrantied cannot be met within the Turkish insurance market or is above the capacities of the Turkish insurance companies, as Insurance Works we conduct placement works and find solutions from the global markets.
